3818909 - Why did I receive an email notification stating that my email address has been changed?

I received an unidentified email notification change and want to know who changed my email without my knowledge. The email is as follows:

Dear XXXXX,
On 02/02/2023 the email address was changed from XXXXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXXXX. If you made this change then no action is required. If you didn't make this change you should login to Concur and confirm that your email address is correct.
