3818997 - Error: The report header is missing data in this required field(s): XX(field name)

Symptom

I would like to submit a report, but there is an error message, The report header is missing data in this required field(s): XX(field name) but I could not find the fields mentioned in the error message in report header. How can I clear the exception so I can submit the report?
