3819115 - Why is the PDF ("Detailed Report") not generating for my expense report?

Symptom

My PDF is not generating. Alternatively: I click on the PDF button in the printed report and generate a PDF file, but I cannot open it. The error message shows up:

"Error: “Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'MyReport.PDF' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).”
