3819133 - Why is a user holding an Air France Abonnement card excluded from the new Concur Travel experience?

Symptom

A user reports that they are unable to access the new Concur Travel experience when performing a flight search. Other users within the same configuration are able to see and use the new Concur Travel interface, which raises the question of why this particular user is excluded.

Upon review, the user’s profile shows an entry under Profile > Advantage Programs indicating that they have an Air France Abonnement (ABT) card associated with their account. According to the system design, any user with an ABT card- whether active or expired - will automatically be excluded from the new Concur Travel experience.

The exclusion applies even if the card is outdated because the evaluation rule is based on the presence of the ABT card in the user’s profile. This rule does not check the card’s expiration date, it only checks whether the card exists.
