3819178 - How do I determine how many Custom Fields have been used in an entity?

Symptom

All Concur Travel & Expense Professional customers are provided a default number of custom form fields that they can use in the various forms in their system. The exact numbers for each type of form are as follows:

  • 20 Custom fields are available as Expense Allocation fields.
  • 40 Custom and 6 Org Unit fields are available as Expense Entry fields.
  • 20 Custom and 6 Org Unit fields are available as Report Header fields.
  • 5 Custom fields are available as Expense Car fields.
  • 20 Custom and 6 Org Unit fields are available as Employee fields

These fields are counted across the entire entity and can be used in multiple forms at the same time.

Please note, we can only provide the fields mentioned and additional fields cannot be purchased except for Expense entry customer fields.

As of August 22nd, Professional Edition customers who have fully utilized all 40 available custom fields for Report Entry may opt-in to access custom fields 41 to 80. This feature is not automatically available and must be enabled via the Hidden Site Settings page. Once activated, this setting cannot be deactivated.
