3819180 - Error in logs: "CHECK ENTRY FORMAT.NOT ENT BGNG WITH 3OSI"

Symptom

When booking a trip, the following error message appears right after hitting the Search button starting with:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."

In transaction logs one the following errors is captured:

"CHECK ENTRY FORMAT.NOT ENT BGNG WITH 3OSI"
".FRMT.NOT ENT BGNG WITH 3OSI"
