SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have noticed that when trips are either cancelled due to lack of approvals or they have been claimed by the travel agency and a ticket has been issued, that they still show up in the Trips Awaiting Approval tab and the status stays as if it is pending approval. Why does this happen and how can we get the trip removed from the Trips Awaiting Approval tab?
