The posting failure is caused by a missing Cash Advance Account Code in the user’s profile, which is required as the clearing account code. The issue can be resolved by reviewing the expense report and cash advance JSON files. Ensure that a Cash Advance Account Code is properly configured in the user’s Concur profile; if it is missing, it must be completed. After correcting the configuration, the document should be recalled, and the employee must refresh the document data before retrying the posting. If the posting still fails, a Concur Support Case must be opened for further assistance. , KBA , CON-EXP-CAV , Cash Advance , CON-TRV-ADM-USR-PRO , Profile , Problem
