3819281 - Error in logs: "Invalid name (7-1703) - Invalid passenger data: The names on the booking do not match the customer associated with the customer program requested"

Symptom

When booking flights, upon selecting 'Book and Continue' on the 'Review and Book' page, an error with "Error Code: ar-40000" gets displayed:

In Service Logs the following error is returned from Travelfusion:

"Invalid name (7-1703) - Invalid passenger data: The names on the booking do not match the customer associated with the customer program requested."
