3819303 - Why can users still see Admin Links after permissions are removed?

Symptom

One of our admin had the following permissions previously:

  • Administer Approval Queue
  • Company Locations and Maps
  • Permission Administrator
After removing these permission user still be able to open Admin page and links. How is this possible?
