3819324 - Why am I not able to update the Hotel Regional Rates using Import Data?

I have uploaded the file via the Import Data tool under the Company Travel Configuration to update the Regional Hotel Rates but, when I compare the new entries, the rates don't seem to have been updated properly. Why are these entries not updated?
