A user received an email stating, “This trip is out of policy. A copy of your itinerary will be shared with your approver. No further action is required at this time.” However, the trip is actually within policy. Why is this notification being triggered, and is it possible to modify or remove this messaging?

When “All Trips – Notify Manager” is configured in the user’s rule class, travelers receive an out-of-policy notification even if the trip is within policy.
