3819367 - Why do I receive an e-mail with the subject "Error connecting to a SAP Concur partner application" when connecting Concur account to an App Center App?

Symptom

I'm trying to connect my Concur account with Uber, but whenever I add my e-mail and receive an e-mail from noreply@concur.com, it says "Error connecting to a SAP Concur partner application". This is the content of the e-mail:
