When I am doing a round-trip (two way) search in the New Concur Travel Experience, I see rules triggering for a flight that should be allowed by the policy. Why do I see "This fare may have policy restrictions depending on your full itinerary selection" or :A previous selection was out of policy" in the rule overlay?
