3819400 - How do we handle our accounting system if we see special characters in Concur SAE file?

We currently have many users who are foreign to the US, SAP Concur allows the possibility to be in a plethora of different languages. 

However when the users use special characters, such as ñ or ó á í é ' the job generates the file with a question Mark (?) instead of the character, this is creating a problem with accounting.

We are facing some problem with accounting due to special characters, such as ñ or ó á í é which appears in SAE file with a question Mark (?). , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
