3819405 - Why Hotel and Car Booking Calendar Invites Appear as All-Day Events and Do Not Block Time in Outlook

SAP Concur is correctly sending the hotel check-in and check-out details in the booking information. However, when the calendar event is created in Outlook using the .ics file, Outlook may interpret the event as an all-day entry and assign default times (for example, 12:00 AM). This behavior is determined by Microsoft Outlook’s calendar processing logic and is outside the control of SAP Concur.
