3819437 - Why are paid reports appearing when filtering for unpaid reports in the Monitor Payees page?

I'm trying to see unpaid reports in the Report Payees page under the Payment Manager, but it keeps showing paid reports. Why is that happening?

Expense > Global Pay

Concur Expense all versions
