3819443 - Why am I getting an Error 500 when saving user`s profile? (Save Profiles to GDS box ticked)

We are getting an "Concur saved your profile to the database, but was unable to save it to the reservation system." When we checked Concur and the GDS, the updates seem to be getting made, but we are still getting the error. Can you tell us why?
