3819511 - How do I subscribe to Concur Open Emails?

Symptom

Concur Open is the SAP Concur service status dashboard, which displays known and widespread outages and incidents for select SAP Concur services and all data centers. Concur Open displays the current service status as well as incident history for the past 20 days. This functionality has been released on September 18th, 2018.

In on-going efforts to improve the customer experience, SAP Concur has developed Personalized Concur Open (PCO) allowing users to view the Service Status Dashboard and subscribe to P1 incident updates specific to their company. After release a new button will be available on Concur Open which allows customers to sign in to PCO using their existing SAP Concur credentials or email if using SSO.

New Personalized Concur Open Features
Customers will be able to view the following service status history for the past two years:

OPI (P1 Incident) Number
Service(s) impacted
Type of Incident (outage/performance, partial outage/performance)
Start and End time

Additionally, from the service status history, a Detailed Root Cause Analysis CSV file will be available to download for most P1 Incidents going forward.
