3819577 - Why am I unable to modify an Expense Type on a Submitted Expense Report?

Symptom

I am an Expense Approver and/or Expense Processor and I am trying to modify an Expense Type on a submitted Expense Report, but it does not allow me to make any Expense Type changes. Why can't I modify these Expense types?

Environment

Expense > Processor Expense > Expense Administration

Concur Expense all versions
