3819651 - How do I assign corporate credit card accounts to users?

I have some questions about how to assign company cards to users. Please see the questions below:

• How can I assign a small number of company cards that are not already assigned to users?
• The card vendor sent all new company card accounts, but the accounts did not auto-assign to users. How can I assign these company cards en masse?
• When seeing an account in the Company Card tool, why can't I find the user to whom I want to assign the card?
