3819655 - Error: "The dates entered overlap with another itinerary's date. You must change the dates of this or the other." when creating a Travel Allowance in Request

A needs to book their travel today but cannot because the system keeps telling them that there is another Travel Allowance (TA) itinerary booked for the dates selected 11-15 May 2025. I have checked and there are no other requests except the one user is modifying with the same TA itinerary dates so the system is taking these days from somewhere.

Please advise where and on which Request ID?
