3819693 - What is the Preferred name and where is it displayed?

As of May 27-28, 2024, Concur Expense supports preferred names for users submitting expenses. The users can view the preferred name that has been setup for approvers, company attendees, and other elements that display a name field, if the preferred name has been configured for the user. 

In Concur Expense, users were always able to set a preferred name for themselves. Now, the SAP Concur displays the preferred names of approvers, company attendees, and other names that an expense submitter will see in the system.
