3819774 - How do I create list items via API?

The lists can be modified using APIs. The modifications may need to be done on two levels using two different APIs: List v4 API and List Item v4 API.

List v4: can modify only the "List" information (the container, i.e. the name of the list, the type, and the number of levels)
List Item v4: can modify only the "Item" information (the content, i.e. the code and item names for the individual entries)

List v4 and List Item v4 APIs are able to create new lists and list items values which you can access in the Ui through the List Management page for the product area. , KBA , CON-INT , Integrations , Problem
