3819828 - Error in logs: UNIQUENESS RULE: Value 'XYZ' defined by [field] is not unique within domain yyz

Symptom

Travel Configuration uses Amex Connect Profile and when saving a user's profile, a blue banner appears in the profile.

The following error is shown in GDS logs:

UNIQUENESS RULE: Value 'name.name@xxxxx.com' defined by [Business Email] is not unique within domain XXXXX
UNIQUENESS RULE: Value 'Employee ID' defined by [EmployeeId] is not unique within domain XXXXX
