3819898 - [Ctrip] Why the Ctrip Itinerary is Missing from My Available Expenses list?

Ctrip had pushed the travel itinerary to the user's account, our company has disabled the setting to prevent user from deleting the itinerary without adding it to the report.

So all the unexpensed Ctrip itinerary should be available and shows up in the user's available expense list. But in fact, it is missing now.
