SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3819907 - Why business premier class is not available in Eurostar?

Symptom

When booking travel I enter the search criteria and hit 'Search'. Upon results, I click 'Show all results' and I see Economy, Premium Economy and Business but Business Premier is not available.

Each Eurostar source (GDS – Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo – and SNCF Direct Connect) classifies train cabins differently. Please check the table below:

Please note that travel policy rules may need to be configured for travelers to see all available cabins.
