3819965 - How can I pull a User Profile Changes Version 2 report to understand who or what process made changes to a user profile?

I would like to pull a report of User Profile changes. Is there a standard report for this? How do I understand the changes seen in "Modified By"?

Profile > Roles > Permissions

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Travel all versions
