The Availability and Performance report contains SLA information for Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice for the desired month, as well as 11 months prior. For example, a report for January 2020 would show data from February 2019 through January 2020.
These reports are published by the 15th of each month for the previous month. For example, the report for January 2020 could be available by the 15th of February, 2020.
