3819996 - When using API from ADP file, start/termination dates are not populating as expected

Symptom

We are using Application Programming Interface (API) to create profiles in SAP Concur from ADP files. In doing so, we have mapped the fields except Start Date and Termination Date for the employees. We send the "Active" flag as true/false and the file is updating the current date for a start date in SAP Concur. If we use false for the Active flag, the current date is added as a termination date. We need to update the Start/Termination dates in accordance to the ADP file.

Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?
