3820066 - Why is Concur reporting incorrect numbers to the GDS which causes an incorrect bill on our side?

For some reason Concur is reporting incorrect numbers to the GDS, which causes for an incorrect bill on our side..

Our bill shows 16,108 for sign/out sign ins, 10,751 for PNR create/add, 10,728 for queue counts, etc.. All of which are incorrect since there has been barely any activity travel wise in these recent months, as you probably know, and we don't even have enough clients/travelers to get to 16k a month..

Hoping you can help or give some advice on this.
