3820085 - What's the system capturing data logic for Automatic Reprocessing of Budgets?

Symptom

We would like know how system capture data for Automatic Reprocessing of Budgets.
For example, if we have some report in the fiscal year 2025 tracked the year 2026 budget items due to at the time when report submitted, fiscal year 2025 has been inactivated.
If admin adjust 2026 budget item, will the Automatic Reprocessing of Budgets makes those reports back to 2025 budget items?
Additionally, if we have 2025 request mapped to report, and report submitted in the year 2026, if we modify the 2026 budget item, how will auto reprocess capture data?
