The user tried to book a hotel room rate from Hotel.de and received an error message twice. The user tried a third time selecting this time a room rate from Reservation system and the booking was successful.
At the check in, the user was informed that three bookings were made and charged for all of them.
The user received only the confirmation form the last attempt, no confirmation from Hotel.de.
