3820127 - Error: "Missing Required Field" OrgUnit in Employee Import File

Symptom

We are getting this below message but we are not sure what this field is normally used for.
Missing required field - Org Unit X. Record not processed for Employee_ID: XXXXX. Can we get a copy of our Employee interface so that we can determine what needs to be added?
