Overriding the default cookie manager button label “Modify Cookie Preferences” with a custom label removed the descriptive accessible name.

1. CSB>Appearance>Global>Cookie Manager
2. Click to edit "View Details Button Label":
   
3. Remove the custom override text for the cookie consent/manager button and click Save:
   
4. Verify with a screen reader that the button is announced with a descriptive accessible name.
