3820147 - Why are we showing incorrect fare rules under "Rules" link for the negotiated corporate fares in Concur?

Corporate Negotiated business class fares which are refundable without penalty are showing as non refundable in the Rules section. Fare rules are showing for published fares whereas it should show corporate fare rules for negotiated fares.

For example:

Concur showing penalty of 300 USD for the corporate fare:


Whereas, GDS shows the same corporate fare with a refundable fare rules:
