3820151 - Error in logs: "missing additional error info from vendor; received status code 200"

Symptom

When booking flights, upon selecting 'Book and Continue' on the 'Review and Book' page, an error with "Error Code: ar-40000" gets displayed GDS Travelport:

In Service Logs the following error is returned Request Response:

"errorCode": "ar-40000",
"errorMessage": "missing additional error info from vendor; received status code 200",
"reason": "UNCLASSIFIED"
