3820155 - Why am I unable to open a trip from Trip Library - error code "ap-300007"

The user is unable to open trips in Concur Travel. When attempting to select a trip, the following error message is displayed:

Sorry, something went wrong. An unexpected internal error occurred. Please contact your company travel administrator.

A review of the logs reveals a "Rule class not found" error. This can occur when changes are made to a user's profile after a trip has been created, such as assigning the user to a different Rule Class and deleting the original one associated with the trip.

Example: In April, the user belonged to the General Rule Class, and the trip was created under this class. Later, the user was moved to the VIP Rule Class, and the original General Rule Class was deleted. As a result, the system can no longer find the Rule Class associated with the original trip, triggering the error.
