User is receiving an error 500 while booking hotel. In the logs in New Concur Travel I can see:

Invalid shopping session Id - Redis returned nil during session authentication. Error flushing the expired session - READONLY You can't write against a read only replica. script: 69803XXXXXXXXXXXXX08fd, on @user_script:3.
