3820268 - Can I insert special characters for "Org. Unit/Division" and update the value via 350 Employee Import?

Symptom

I want to create a new "Org. Unit/Division" for our company. Can I insert special characters into this field? And later, I want to use the 350 Employee Import to update the value for our users. Can the special characters be recognized?
