3820409 - User Import Error: Error reading Excel spreadsheet file

Symptom

I attempted to create/update a user's profile using User Import, but I received an error message stating, "Error reading Excel spreadsheet file 'ConcurEmployeeImportTemplate.xls". Can you please assist me in checking this issue?
