Symptom

The most recent accounting extract job failed with the following error:

Software error occurred, unable to complete the extract. Please check your system log. (Stack Trace: com.concur.util.StoredProcException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Counts of journals and extract results rows are not the same for extract run, run key=xxxxxx

What does this error mean and how do I fix this error?
