I see this message in the details of a credit card feed run: "A unique lodge account with the payment type <<name of payment type>> was not identified. Please log into the Expense Company Card Administrator, click on Diversion and Lodge Accounts and create the lodge account. After the account has been created the feed can be re-imported." .
