3820545 - New Concur Travel - User Supplied Hotels - Hub article

Symptom

The User Supplied Hotels feature is now available in New Concur Travel (September 2026 release). It allows travelers to manually enter hotel details for accommodations booked outside of Concur Travel, ensuring complete trip records and expense tracking for independently booked lodgings.

September 2026 Release: General Availability

October 2026 Release : The following enhancements will be made to this feature in the October release:

  • Dates are automatically populated based on the associated air booking. Users do not need to enter travel dates manually.

  • To search for a hotel, enter the hotel name in the lookup field. Suggestions display as the user types. After the user selects a hotel, the hotel name and address are automatically populated on the form.

  • An optional Telephone Number field is now available on the User Supplied Hotels form. The Telephone Number datapoint has the phone number for finishing template.
