3820607 - How can I customize Azure NameID claims to send EmployeeID@domain.com?

Symptom

We currently use email address as the format to the Azure (Entra ID) NameID claim rule using FirstName.LastName@domain.com. I've noticed that in the article Can we use other values and/or attributes to authenticate with Single Sign-On besides CTE Login Name (Login ID)? it says we can't send only the EmployeeID value as it won't match with Concur's Login ID, so we wanted to know if there's any way we could send EmployeeID@domain.com. Is that something feasible?
