Symptom

I have selected a Hilton hotel rate in Concur and clicked on Reserve Hotel and Continue button. After clicking this button instead receiving the confirmation status I received an error in Concur states 'UNABLE TO PROCESS-USE S/A BOOKING-CF NUM RETURNED AFTER ET'
