3820770 - Why are there expenses showing in the Tasks section, but there are no expenses in the Available Expenses section to move to a report?

One of our users is seeing an expense in the task section of the homepage; however, when they go to the Manage Expenses tab and look at Available Expenses in order to move it to a report, it is no longer visible. Can you tell me why this is occurring?
