3820854 - How do we get SAP Concur Travel to show corporate and non-corporate Car rates?

We want to be able to see all the Avis car rates when we search for cars. 

We have the corporate rate loaded with rate code BEST, we also checked the box in configuration that says show general rates in the car section. 

However we are only seeing corporate rates, how do we get the system to show us corporate and non-corporate rates? 

Users would like change the configuration in order to receive all type of Avis results (Corporate rates and Public rates). , KBA , CON-CA , Cross Applications , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , CON-CA-TLS-IEM-IMP , Import Credit Cards , CON-SRV-TRV-ADM-IDH , Import Hotel Discounts , Problem
