3820947 - Why do I see the exception "The map and route could not be loaded" in mileage expenses within the report I am approving via the SAP Concur mobile app?

Symptom

I am approving an expense report using the SAP Concur mobile app, and I see the exception "The map and route could not be loaded" in all the mileage expenses of this report, and I can't see the route details added by the user who submitted the report. How do I fix this?
