3820957 - Why can't Support use my spreadsheet to troubleshoot an issue unless it's exactly as it was from SAP Concur?

Symptom

We attached a detailed spreadsheet with data from SAP Concur but Support is still asking for the source of the spreadsheet. Most of the information is directly from SAP Concur. Why can't they use it?

Environment

Concur Expense > Administration Concur Invoice > Administration Concur Request > Administration
